• Shipping methods: Packages less than 150 lbs. are shipped thru either UPS, Fedex, or USPS. Packages heavier than 150 lbs. are shipped via Truck Freight (LTL). Feel free to contact us for more information.
• Shipping restrictions: All Orders Placed must share the same Billing and Shipping Address. We WILL NOT ship parts to an Address different from the Billing Address supplied. International Customers contact us for a shipping quote prior to placing an order. Import Duties/Taxes/Fees are not included in price of shipping service charged by Astro Transmission Parts.
• Return policies: All Returns are Subject to a 15% Restocking Fee. Freight Charges are Non-Refundable. It is Customers responsibility to return an item(s) for Credit. Again, Freight Charges are Non-Refundable.
• Shipping delays: 2 Business Day Handling Time. Shipping Delays caused by Carrier used are not the fault of Astro Transmission Parts. Once an order has left our Warehouse it is up to the Shipping Carrier/Provider to get the package to a Residential or Business Address.
• Order processing time: 2 Business Day Handling Time on All Stocked Orders. Manual Transmission &
  Transfer Case Orders can take up to 1 Business Week to process and ship.
